Missing activation code or rejected code
Send only the PayPal receipt ID, checkout email, purchased tier, and whether the code is missing or rejected. A recipe count, source type, family brief, recipe text, names, stories, scans, and archive access are not needed for payment recovery.
Recipe-book project question
Generate the current recipe brief before payment, remove family names and private recipe text, then send a short scope summary with the approximate recipe count, source type, desired output, and deadline. Support will confirm a private transfer method before any source scans or family archive content are shared.
